About Jenna DeLaurentis
When I was ten years old, I posted a video on YouTube and immediately discovered a passion for capturing and sharing stories with others. Since then, I have spent ten years practicing photography and videography, both in personal and professional settings.
I am currently a graduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno studying Media Innovation in the Reynolds School of Journalism. My coursework includes journalistic writing and multimedia techniques. I also work as a graduate assistant for Noticierio Móvil, the university's bilingual Spanish-English news service.
In my free time, I love to travel, hike, rock climb, learn languages, and spend time with my friends/family!
Where I Have Been
Around half of the past three years of my life have been spent traveling internationally and within the United States. After living in Brazil at age 19, I gained a strong sense of love for traveling, exploring new cultures, and meeting diverse people around the world.
I also began to share my experience and encourage others to get out of their comfort zone and travel/live abroad. Because of this, I love creating marketing content for travel companies because it allows me to help change others' lives.
